Mock Zucchini Lasagna 
1	lb ground beef
3-4	small zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
1/4	cp Bisquick
spaghetti mix
1	cp creamed cottage cheese, small curd
1	egg
1/2	cp grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350F.  Grease square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2"
Cook and stir ground beef till brown.  Drain.  
Place zucchini slices in single layer in baking dish.  Sprinkle with 1/4 cp baking mix.
Top with beef and spaghetti sauce.
Mix 1 cp baking mix, cottage cheese and egg till soft dough forms.  Spread over sauce.
Bake till bubbly, about 30 minutes
