Wild Rice Stuffing
Note:  Another amalgam of ingredients from Martha Stewart, Food TV Network, and other sources.  Testing for 
Thanksgiving 2009.  These are guestimates till we refine it in Planter kitchen.

2	cps wild rice, cooked according to directions.  Use chicken broth instead of water for more flavor.

1-2 cps celery, chopped
1-2	cps apples, peeled and chopped
1-2	cps onion, peeled and chopped
1/2	cp walnuts, chopped
1 	bay leaf
1/2	cp or more of sage
lemon or orange peels, blanched, for garnish

use 1 egg white or some chicken broth to moisten

Stuff the turkey and cook according to your recipe.  See Turkey Tips.
