Keep checking in for new recipes. Shrimping season in New Hampshire is January and into February. My source for fresh local shrimp, Sanders Fish Market in Portsmouth, was willing to work with us to order 160 pounds of whole shrimp for our about a dozen of our co-op members. The price was right at $2/pound. Since buying it trimmed almost doubled the price, it was worth the labor to do it ourselves.
