London broil with Hunter's sauce

Note:  Serve on noodles. topped with Hunter's Sauce.

1      Flank steak
3 tb Finely chopped parsely
2 tb Oil
Hunter's sauce
3 T Butter or margarine

1.  Rub steak with oil, salt, pepper.
2.  Place on broiler rack 4-5" from heat source 3 to 5 minutes.
3.  Turn meat. Broil 3-5 minutes longer, depending on desired doneness.
4.  Transfer to hot platter and dot with butter. Let stand 5 minutes.
5.  Add any juices to hunters sauce. Carve diagonally.
