Dosage: 1 t to 1 T every hour till relieved
Fresh horseradish root
Mustard seeds (yellow)
Black peppercorns (whole, crushed)
6-8 whole chiles (hot)
1. Grate vegetables and add seeds and chiles.
2. Pour vinegar to cover well.
3. Put on sunny window sill for about 2 weeks. Shake daily!
4. Strain tincture. When needed, heat tincture and add 1 part honey to 3 parts tincture.
