Gluten Free Sorghum Bread
Note:  Sorghum flour makes a lighter dough, only slightly dense like many gluten-free recipes are. Editor
lost the source of this recipe.

2/3	cp sorghum flour
1/3	cp GF cornmeal
	cp millet flour
1	cp potato starch
2	t xanthum
1 	t sea salt

2	eggs

1 1/4	cp warm water
2 	t yeast
Let it foam

Pour mixed dry ingredients on top of liquid.

4 	T olive oil
3	T honey
	t rice vinegar

Beat egg and add to liquid

Scrape into loaf pan or 8 cake pan for ciabatta style  (greased)

Smooth batter with wet fingers

400  20 minutes
