YIELDS

Note:  As the table below indicates, our yields are improving for cherry and Hungarian peppers, but we are still strugglling with jalapenos and anchos.   Habaneros and cayenne weights do not accurately reflect the yield, though, because they are very light -- and one pepper goes a long way!  One pound yields a lot of these peppers.
